Why hasn't this company received more publicity? I always hear how veterans have a hard time finding work but this is an excellent example of a company with a good mission and providing a valuable service. Small and large businesses could learn a thing or two about hiring veterans.

I do believe it is so important to hug and say "I love you" every day, especially to your kids. Not to be morbid, but nobody knows what is around the corner.

Great idea, but also tell your children the basics of the Revolutionary War, who fought in it, what was signed on July 4 in the year 1776, etc. It seems that many TEENS don't know these basics of our American history. How can we expect them to respect the flag when they think it's just a piece of fabric we're making a big deal over?

Thanks Elaine, Jim has worked hard on behalf of our veterans over the years. Our company reflects the values veterans embrace in all they do. It is our mission to support veterans when and where we can. Hiring a young veteran to assist our retired veterans just makes perfect logic - vets matter to jim, and to JLT-The Caring Movers!

Wow, 62 years. That's amazing. I love your reference to "rewinding" your life and/or relationship. That's wonderful. Thanks for your insight.

I think that hitting the "don't-do-it-button" is especially important in a long marriage such as mine. (I will be married 62 years in September.) It is a whole lot easier than hitting the "rewind."
